Excellencies, Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen. Good day to you all. On behalf of UMFCCI, it's my great honor and pleasure to join you today for this important dialogue at the 19th CAEXPO.
This CAEXPO theme is "Sharing RCEP New Opportunities, Building A Version 3.0 China-ASEAN FTA". The CAEXPO is a fast moving platform which has been in a notable and indispensable platform since its establishment of 2004. The global economy is not in the very robust condition and we are now busy in the way to recover from the pandemic. Regional cooperation is more important than ever, and I strongly believe that the CAEXPO is a valuable asset and an important platform for all states for the those wish to promote and enhance a further investment within the region and beyond. To enhance an investment trade mission play the vital roles in building a true regional market, this is depend on transparent trade mission to expand investment opportunity, there are vast opportunities for chambers of commerce, business councils, private sectors associations and enterprises.
So I encourage CAEXPO to have a greater involvement in trade missions and exhibitions, this will further increase a prosperity and had business community to seek an opportunity with sustainable investment, according to the RCEP agreement. And indeed, we'll play a significant role in boosting the post-epidemic economic recovery. With this opportunity, I would like to assure you that UMFCCI together with trade associations and communities, will always be actively participating in CAEXPO, which I believe will strengthen the business relationship among China, Myanmar and ASEAN. I do believe the platform will bring for equitable and sustainable benefits for all participating countries in closing with the spirit of continue success cooperation and coordination.
I wish you good luck and prosperity for this year's 19th CAEXPO. Thank you all!

本届中国—东盟博览会的主题是“共享RCEP新机遇，助推中国—东盟自由贸易区3.0版”。中国—东盟博览会是一个快速发展的平台，自2004年成立以来，已成为一个引人注目和不可或缺的平台。当前，全球经济形势不是很好，我们正忙于从疫情中恢复本国发展，区域合作比以往任何时候都更加重要。我坚信，对所有希望促进和加强区域内外进一步投资的国家来说，博览会是一笔宝贵的财富和一个重要的平台，增强投资贸易在建设真正的区域市场中发挥至关重要的作用，这就有赖于透明的贸易来扩大投资机会，这对商会、商业委员会、私营部门协会和企业来说是巨大的机会。

Good morning, dear distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen. First of all I would like to introduce myself. I'm Dr. Aung Kyaw Win, vice chairman of Myanmar Gems and Jewelry Entrepreneurs Association.
Today I'm highly appreciated to be part of this auspicious occasion of the 19th CAEXPO that will be held at Nanning on September 16 to 19, 2022. We understand that CAEXPO plays an important platform for mutual opening-up and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries to enhance strong and concrete collaboration and coordination not only in economy but also in other areas. We are so impressed to the role of CAEXPO because of its sustainable development function. It shows the evidence to achieve the main of charters of RCEP agreement is to establish a modern, comprehensive, high quality, and mutually beneficial economy partnership, that will facilitate the expansion of regional trade and investment, and contribute to the global economic growth and development.
On behalf of Myanmar Gems and Jewelry Entrepreneurs Association, we would like to request CAEXPO will contribute to helping business communities since the opportunity created by RCEP especially to the one of the ASEAN countries like Myanmar to provide more business opportunities to enhance trade and investment opportunities and to participate in global economy development.
For the last but not least, we wish CAEXPO will be more and more successful in the future, to enhance regional and global trade and investment opportunities, to fulfill the main objectives of Belt and Road Initiative, to promote global economic environment and to convey the prosperity of global citizens. 第19届中国—东盟博览会于2022年9月16日至19日在南宁举行，我很高兴能参加这次盛会。我们认识到，中国—东盟博览会是中国与东盟国家相互开放合作的重要平台，不仅在经济上，而且在其他领域加强了有力的、具体的协调与合作。因为中国—东盟博览会的可持续发展，我们对它的作用印象深刻，它彰显出实现RCEP协议的主要内容，是要建立一个现代化的、全面的、高质量的、互利的经济伙伴关系。这将会促进区域贸易和投资的扩大，为全球经济增长和发展作出贡献。

Hello, good morning! Dear China-ASEAN Expo secretary, we are from Myanmar Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Producers and Exporters Association, we would like to extend our highly congratulations to your CAEXPO held in Nanning.
Taking this opportunity，we would like to extend our great opportunity to attend in CAEXPO. Our MFVP has 35 product clusters and 13 branches, states and divisions. We also have 50,000 members, we have many tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes, avocados, pomelos, cherries, pineapples, watermelons, muskmelons and so on. We have participated in CAEXPO for many times. In year 2016 and year 2018, we have been participating in Nanning, we also showed tropical fruits and Myanmar boots. We have been and will with China buyers, one of the buyers from Peking, he wants to buy mangoes, avocados, cherries and yams from Myanmar, and they also want to sell some apples to Myanmar by charter flight, but T.A.C.C. is the Pos, so we can now sell. 大家早上好！尊敬的中国—东盟博览会秘书处，我们是缅甸水果、花卉和蔬菜生产及出口商人协会，我们对你们在南宁举办的中国—东盟博览会表示高度祝贺。

各位通过线上线下渠道参加第19届中国—东盟博览会的嘉宾们，你们好！我是缅甸豆类商协会的主席敦敏先生。
我们协会成立于1992年，目前约有1548家会员公司从缅甸出口的豆类、玉米和芝麻，目前占用的土地面积仅次于大米，也是我国重要的对外收入来源，主要进口这些产品的国家有印度、中国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、巴基斯坦、越南和泰国。在出口到和我国边境较长的中国的货物中，绿豆、芝麻和玉米是货值最高的。目前，中国海关总署和缅甸农业、畜牧和灌溉部已经签署谅解备忘录，出口公司正在注册。因此，我们希望两国间的贸易能逐渐系统地发展。
这是我们协会第十九次参加中国—东盟博览会，我们诚邀贸易商和投资方前来合作，为各方带来利益，我们也希望能够加强我们的友谊、信任和交流。祝大家身体健康，事业兴旺！

Respected guests who are joining the 19th CAEXPO via online and offline channels. I would like to send my greetings "Mingalabar". I am the Chairman of Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize and Sesame Seeds Merchants Association, and my name is Tun Lwin.
Our Association was established in 1992, and at present, we have about 1548 member companies. Beans, pulses, maize and sesame seeds of Myanmar, which are being exported from Myanmar, are currently using second biggest land areas after rice, and they are also important source of foreign income for our country as well. The countries that are primarily importing these products are India, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam and Thailand. Among the cargoes that we are exporting to China which have long border with our country, green mung beans, sesame seeds and maize are the most in terms of cargo values. At present, GACC and Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MOALI) have executed MOUs and the export companies are under the process of registration. Therefore, we hope that the trade between two countries will gradually grow in systematical manners.
As for our Association, this is the 19th time that we have participated in the CAEXPO since the beginning times. We would like to invite the traders and investments where we can cooperate for the benefits of all parties. We would also like to strengthen our friendship, trust and communications. We wish you good health and prosperity.

缅甸渔业协会（代表）
大家好，于中国广西壮族自治区举行的第十九届中国—东盟博览会举办期间，我谨代表缅甸人民和缅甸渔业协会，祝愿各国领导、各国代表及全体人民身心健康，请允许我代替缅甸渔业协会副主席杜楠达丁博士发表讲话。
缅甸渔业协会是一个国家非盈利性的、经济相关的非政府组织，是与美国援助组织、缅甸农业组织等组织进行合作，代表渔业部门的国家性代表协会。缅甸渔业协会于1998年成立，至2023年将满25周年。协会的宗旨是为全面提高缅甸渔业与国际组织和国内组织建立联系，共同获取所需的技术援助。此外，为帮助国家利益发展，农村发展以及扶持扶贫项目，制定了渔业全面发展计划。还包括渔业相关专家的培养和人力资源的发展行业，主要是为实现渔业可持续发展，保护渔业资源、生态系统。目前我们协会已有会员37000多人，本组织下属组织共有102个，我们的基础鱼类生产行业有海洋渔业、内陆渔业、鱼虾水产养殖业、上百英亩的水产生产加工业。我们与国际组织针对食品安全（HACCP方法），高质量鱼苗的技术进行合作。
缅甸四条淡水河总长4698 千米，此外有2832千米长且清澈的海岸线与大小岛屿共800多个的丹老群岛，对于咸水鱼养殖来说，是一个自然资源十分丰富的国家。内陆以及海洋捕鱼业如今天全世界所面临的那样出现了众多限制因素，因此，我国正致力于使用现代养殖机制，发展咸水淡水鱼、虾等水生产养殖业。然而，我国仍大量需要水生物养殖业的现代化技术。
当前，全世界疫情蔓延，经济下滑，对食品有大量需求。为保障食品安全，在跟我国一样自然资源丰富的国家中，增加生产国民所需的水产品，根据RCEP协议，诚挚希望能与此次莅临贸易博览会的各位商贾获得共同合作的机会。我相信，与国际合作，获得发展缅甸渔业需要的资源、资金投资以及现代化养殖技术，将满足人类如今特别所需的粮食补给。

Representative of Myanmar Fisheries Federation
Dear friends, on the occasion of the 19th CAEXPO to be held in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, on behalf of the people of Myanmar and the Myanmar Fisheries Federation, I wish all the leaders, representatives and people of all countries good health. Please allow me to make a speech on behalf of the vice president of the Myanmar Fisheries Association, Dr. Toe Nandar Tin.
The Myanmar Fisheries Association is a national non-profit, economically relevant non-governmental organization, which is a national representative association representing the fisheries sector in cooperation with American aid organizations and Myanmar agriculture organizations. The Myanmar fisheries Association was established in 1998 and will be 25 years old in 2023. The aim of the federation is to liaise with international and domestic organizations to obtain the technical assistance needed for the overall improvement of Myanmar's fisheries. In addition, a comprehensive Fisheries Development Plan has been developed for national interests, rural development and supporting poverty alleviation projects. It also includes the training of experts related to fisheries and the development of human resources for the purpose of realizing sustainable development of fisheries and protecting fishery resources and ecosystems. At present, our association has more than 37,000 members and 102 subordinate organizations. Our basic fish production industry includes marine fishery, inland fishery, fish and shrimp aquaculture industry, and aquatic production and processing industry covering hundreds of acres. We cooperate with international organizations in food safety (HACCP method) and high quality fry technology.
Myanmar has four freshwater rivers with a total length of 4,698 km, a clear coastline of 2,832 km, and the Mergui Archipelago, which is made up of more than 800 islands. Myanmar is a country rich in natural resources for saltwater fish farming. The inland and marine fishing industries are facing many limiting factors that the world facing today. Therefore, our country is focusing on the use of modern aquaculture mechanisms to develop aquaculture of saltwater freshwater fish, shrimp and other water production industries. However, our country is still in sore need of more modern technologies of aquaculture.
At present, there is a huge demand for food due to the spread of COVID-19 and economic downturn around the world. In order to ensure food safety and increase the production of aquatic products needed by the people in countries with abundant natural resources, according to the RCEP agreement, I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to cooperate with all the businessmen attending the CAEXPO. I believe that working with the international community to secure the resources, financial investments and modern farming techniques needed to develop Myanmar's fisheries will meet the extraordinary food needs of humanity today.
